Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bhired is a dynamic, growing company looking for a Systems Development Engineer to help build and scale their backend infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO on system architecture, build custom APIs, and manage third-party integrations to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom backend APIs
- Ensure seamless connectivity across internal systems
- Work under the CTO, executing on architectural direction and assigned system tasks
- Contribute to the design and scalability of core systems
- Own and manage integrations with external platforms and services
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing integration pipelines
Skills
- Strong experience in backend development
- Strong foundations in JavaScript
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node/Bun-based environments
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
- Experience with React, Tailwind, and Vite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with senior leadership
- Experience with reputed company's developer and reputed company products is a plus
