[Remote] Solutions Consultant

They are seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with Account Executives to address customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions that enhance research administration and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals, workflows, challenges, and strategic initiatives
- reputed company and participate in discovery sessions to identify business requirements and opportunities
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solution recommendations

- Deliver compelling and tailored demonstrations of reputed company products and solutions
- Customize demo environments to reflect customer use cases and business processes
- Present to diverse audiences including: Research Administrators, Compliance Offices, Sponsored Programs Offices, IRB, IACUC, IBC, and COI Administrators, Research Leadership, Executive Stakeholders
- reputed company business value, operational efficiencies, compliance benefits, and ROI
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert during the sales cycle
- Participate in account planning activities including stakeholder mapping, competitive analysis, whitespace identification, and executive engagement strategies
- Assist Account Executives in developing multi-threaded engagement plans reputed company strategic accounts
- Support strategic account planning and deal progression
- Assist with responses to RFPs, RFIs, reputed company reviews, and technical evaluations
- Participate in competitive positioning and reputed company handling
- Support customer expansion, modernization, and retention initiatives
- Maintain expertise across the reputed company Research Suite
- Stay reputed company on research administration trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
- Provide market feedback to Product Management and Leadership
- Contribute to sales enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives

- Maintain and expand a network of research administration, compliance, sponsored programs, and research operations professionals
- Participate in industry organizations, conferences, presentations, user groups, and networking events to build market awareness and strengthen customer relationships

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Research Administration, Sponsored Programs Administration, IRB Administration, IACUC Administration, Clinical Research Administration, Research Compliance, Pre-Sales / Solutions Consulting, Research Administration Software
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience conducting customer-facing meetings and demonstrations
- Ability to understand and communicate reputed company business processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Existing professional network reputed company research administration, sponsored programs, compliance, clinical research, or academic medical center communities strongly preferred
- Active participation in organizations such as NCURA, SRAI, PRIM&R, AURP, HCCA, AALAS, or similar professional associations
