[Remote] Recruiter (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Recruiter (Contract) to support high-volume hiring for early-in-profession reputed company and technical roles. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession reputed company and technical roles—from sourcing through offer and reputed company
• reputed company and identify candidates for reputed company-focused roles (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud reputed company, infrastructure reputed company) using a variety of channels
• Screen and assess candidates to evaluate technical skills, reputed company domain expertise, and role alignment
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting plans
• Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring process
• reputed company candidate progression through interviews, debriefs, and offer/closing stages
• Build and maintain pipelines of early-career reputed company and technical talent
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in recruiting systems in alignment with process and compliance expectations
• Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups

Skills

• 5–7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or reputed company experience
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and closing
• Experience hiring for reputed company roles (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud reputed company, infrastructure reputed company, identity/reputed company engineering)
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
• Experience supporting early-in-profession/university hiring (intern, entry-level) and industry hiring
• Strong ability to reputed company and engage specialized reputed company talent, including passive candidates
• Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems
