[Remote] Recruiter - Contractor

They are seeking a Contractor Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the interview process to fill critical open positions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a recruiting strategy for each open position
- reputed company candidates through the reputed company ATS, job boards, and social media
- Screen and interview candidates
- Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews
- Attend job fairs, open houses, and professional/sales recruitment events
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' full cycle recruitment background
- Strong recruitment experience in R&D
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction including dealing with service failures
- Strong computer skills including ATS, web-based recruiting tools, MS Office skills
- Prior experience selecting candidates using behavioral interview techniques
