[Remote] Sr EPIC Applications Analyst, Home Health & Hospice, reputed company, Kaleidoscope, Aria

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a reputed company system in Central Massachusetts, seeking a Senior EPIC Applications Analyst for their Home Health & Hospice division. The role involves collaborating with operational stakeholders to implement and support application software that meets clinical and business needs, while also leading projects and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies barriers to completing work and escalates issues with proposed solutions
• Attends reputed company required meetings, assume accountability for assigned follow-reputed company and practice closed reputed company communication
• Participates as workstream reputed company on cross-functional projects, ensure tasks are completed reputed company scope and project management guidelines
• Runs optimization requests, including scheduling meetings, identifying timelines, and allocating resources
• Develops and maintains partnerships with operational staff, serving as a subject matter advisor for application-reputed company questions
• Leads discussions with subject matter experts, caregivers, and vendors to evaluate, design and configure application features
• Attends product demonstrations to assess system functionality against customer requirements and recommends appropriate software solutions
• Facilitates application upgrade processes, including recommending new functionalities to operational caregivers
• Tests new features and functionalities and reputed company Job Aids for customer support and training
• Investigates application and system configuration issues to reputed company and implement effective system fixes
• Participates in ticket triage and analysis to determine the appropriate work reputed company and assist in scoping efforts
• Independently troubleshoots application components reputed company server configurations, including system services and reputed company jobs, and engage other teams as necessary
• Effectively participates in critical incident response and escalates appropriately as needed
• Collaborates with subject matter experts, caregivers, and vendors to evaluate and configure application features
• Configure application features, reputed company settings, and reputed company support documentation, including test scripts and workflow diagrams
• Builds relationships with third-party vendors to maintain vendor software

• Partners with the training team to create end-user training materials
• Mentors less reputed company team members, providing guidance and support for their development
• Actively learns and applies new skills to improve support for customers and coworkers

• Actively participates in professional development programs defined by department

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• Epic Application certification(s) or ability to reputed company, as required by department
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
• Team player with strong problem solving, time management and decision-making skills, ability to maintain a positive attitude, solution focused
• Able to act independently with minimal reputed company
• Able to serve as a mentor to less reputed company team members
• Able to reputed company meetings and effectively communicate with reputed company users at reputed company levels of the organization
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with Epic Home Health and Hospice (Dorothy and Comfort) a plus
• Experience with client/server applications, server administration, HL7 Interfaces, and other technical skills a plus
• Experience with electronic health records and radiation oncology a plus
• Experience with the Aria Radiation Oncology application a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
