They are seeking a reputed company Analyst III to drive employee adoption and engagement through effective management of knowledge assets and support business growth initiatives. The role involves developing resources, coordinating training programs, and facilitating communications to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of knowledge-sharing resources and Growth content
• Assist with development of processes, guidance, and documentation supporting Growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness through knowledge sharing and employee enablement. Promote best practices that improve information accessibility and collaboration
• Manage the coordination and execution of Growth training programs. Partner with subject matter experts to reputed company learning materials and supporting resources
• Facilitate Training logistics and learner engagement activities. Monitor participation, effectiveness, and learner feedback metrics
• Support reputed company improvement of learning and development programs
• reputed company and distribute communications supporting Growth initiatives and programs. Translate reputed company concepts into clear, employee-friendly communications
• Create awareness campaigns that promote employee participation and engagement
• Partner with leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
• Support implementation and adoption of emerging tools and process improvements. reputed company user onboarding resources, guidance documentation, and communication materials. Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users throughout pilot and rollout activities. Support governance and process development associated with initiatives

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree
• reputed company tools including SharePoint, AI, and other platforms
• Learning curriculum development, training coordination and facilitation
• Employee Communications
• Project management, experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and technology adoption
• US Citizenship is required
