[Remote] Senior Program Manager - Data & Analytics

GSquared Group is a woman-owned boutique technology services company in the Atlanta area, seeking a Senior Program Manager – Data & Analytics to reputed company large-scale data initiatives. This role involves overseeing reputed company cross-functional programs reputed company to data strategy, governance, and analytics to drive strategic business outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Partner with business and technology leaders to define and execute enterprise data strategies

- Support the development of enterprise data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and reporting ecosystems
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across business functions
- Collaborate with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering organizations
- Manage expectations across multiple business units while balancing priorities and resource constraints
- Translate reputed company technical concepts into business-friendly language for leadership audiences

- Ensure successful delivery of data products, dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting capabilities
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies

- Partner with governance teams to establish data quality, metadata, and master data management practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, reputed company, and regulatory requirements
- Promote best practices around data stewardship and data lifecycle management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
- 5+ years managing large-scale Data & Analytics programs
- Experience leading enterprise data transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of: Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Proven ability to reputed company geographically distributed teams and vendors
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or reputed company field
- PMP certification
- SAFe Agilist, SPC, or Scrum certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with modern data technologies: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Fabric, Azure Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery
- Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics initiatives
