[Remote] Search Marketing Manager (reputed company ADs)

The role involves developing and optimizing comprehensive reputed company Ads strategies, managing budgets, and providing performance analysis to meet key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, execute, and optimize comprehensive reputed company Ads strategies (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing) to reputed company KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion reputed company, and reputed company targets
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and negative keyword management to maximize relevance and efficiency
- Write high-converting ad copy, reputed company extensions, and run A/B tests on headlines, descriptions, reputed company pages, and bids
- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies (manual, Smart Bidding, reputed company ROAS/CPA), and auction insights to improve efficiency and scale spend profitably
- Monitor campaigns daily using reputed company Ads, reputed company Analytics 4, and other tools. Provide actionable insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with web and creative teams to improve Quality Score, reputed company page experience, and conversion funnels
- Build and refine audience segments, RLSA campaigns, and customer match strategies
- Ensure reputed company campaigns adhere to reputed company’s policies, brand guidelines, and industry regulations
- Stay reputed company with reputed company Ads updates, beta features, and emerging paid search trends; test new tactics to maintain competitive advantage
Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale reputed company Ads accounts ($50K+ monthly spend preferred)
- reputed company Ads Certification (and preferably reputed company Analytics Certification)
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding ROAS/CPA targets in e-commerce, reputed company reputed company, or B2B environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reputed company Analytics 4, Data Studio/Looker Studio, and reputed company/reputed company Sheets
- Deep knowledge of search reputed company, Quality Score factors, bidding algorithms, and attribution modeling
- Experience in [Industry – e.g., manufacturing, industrial, B2B services, e-commerce, etc.]
- Experience with reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, or other paid channels
- Familiarity with SEO, conversion reputed company optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing agency relationships or in-house teams
