[Remote] VP Key Account Management - REMOTE, USA
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SaniSure is a high-growth multinational manufacturer of single-use products and systems used in the production of biological drugs. The Vice President, Global Key Account Management is responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for SaniSure’s critical biopharma and CDMO accounts, driving growth and building long-term partnerships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and reputed company SaniSure’s global key account strategy in alignment with corporate priorities, including growth in single-use systems, global expansion, and operational excellence
- Contribute to overall commercial and business strategy as a member of the senior leadership team; establish strong alignment with the CEO, CRO, and BU leaders to ensure key accounts support broader business objectives
- Serve as executive sponsor for top-tier accounts, leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), strategic planning cycles, and KPI tracking while providing data-driven updates on account performance, risks, and opportunities

- Ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless and scalable customer experience

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15+ years of experience in biopharma, life sciences, or a CDMO environment, with proven success managing and growing global key accounts reputed company bioprocessing or single-use solutions
- Deep understanding of biopharma manufacturing, reputed company systems, GMP environments, and single-use bioprocess solutions
- Demonstrated ability to align commercial strategy with enterprise priorities and KPIs, with experience leading global teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels
- Proven commercial acumen with expertise in reputed company contract negotiation, KPI-driven performance management, and cross-functional leadership
