This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring successful implementation of reputed company IBOR and reputed company data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and coordinate project activities across investment operations, data management, technology, and vendor teams
- Facilitate project governance meetings and drive timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies
- reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting for senior management
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and steering committees
- reputed company investment data conversion and migration activities, including data analysis, mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts
- Coordinate integration requirements between reputed company and upstream/reputed company systems
- Manage project resources and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Maintain project documentation, business requirements, decisions, action items, and implementation artifacts
- Collaborate with architecture, data, accounting, and reporting teams to support solution design and implementation strategies
- Partner closely with portfolio accounting, reporting, performance, and operations teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
- Support testing, issue management, and production readiness activities throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Ensure project execution aligns with reputed company operating models, business objectives, and industry best practices
Skills
- 8+ years of project management experience reputed company investment management, asset management, or financial services environments
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Investment Systems, including reputed company IBOR, reputed company Data Management (EDM), or reputed company reputed company platforms
- Proven track record delivering reputed company implementation, migration, or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of investment data management, reputed company master, reference data, and portfolio accounting concepts
- Experience coordinating reputed company system integrations and data conversion initiatives
- Familiarity with data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and reputed company management
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience utilizing project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA
