The role involves working with developers, application owners, and reputed company teams to support Secure Email solutions and requires knowledge of email protocols and troubleshooting mail flow issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for our Email reputed company infrastructure across a large enterprise
- Work with developers, application owners, end-users and reputed company as needed
- Provide support towards our Secure Email solutions for the enterprise
- Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow reputed company issues in a reputed company environment
- reputed company off hours work for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery
Skills
- 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution of email reputed company issues
- 2+ years' Experience working with email reputed company tools like SaaS or similar
- 2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development
- Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
- Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
