[Remote] Software Engineer III
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company seeking senior engineers with extensive development experience to join their growing team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining new software features while collaborating closely with other engineers and the Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities
- 80% - Design, reputed company, and maintain new features in reputed company collaboration with the Director of Engineering and other engineers
- 20% - Create reports, analyze data, and suggest improvements for business and technical needs
- Complete tasks under tight deadlines

- Help improve the platform in performance, reliability, and maintainability
- In rare occasions, handle emergency situations during off-hours
Skills
- 7+ years of development experience
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science (or relevant field)
- Proficiency with one of C#, Java, Javascript, Python, etc…
- Proficiency with a NoSQL or SQL database
- Experience building and consuming REST or RESTful APIs
- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
- Track record developing highly scalable, secure, production-grade backend services
- Highly proficient with either CosmosDB, SQL, or PostgreSQL
- Highly Proficient with C# and/or Asp.NET Core
- Experience developing geolocation based applications and services
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Vue 2 / 3
- Experience with reputed company Orleans
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with PostGIS
- Experience working on a DevOps team, using Git, or building automation for CI/CD
- Experience with distributed and structured logging
- Experience at a rideshare or on-demand delivery service or building two-sided online marketplace apps
- Experience leading a small team of engineers
