Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or platform implementation environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end client servicing and operational workflows
- Experience with account-level processes, workflow management, and large-scale operational systems
- Knowledge of data processing, including records, transactions, balances, cash movements, and reconciliations
- Experience supporting data migration, testing, validation, and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions and workflow enhancements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with business users, operations teams, and clients
Skills
