Responsibilities
- reputed company business process discovery sessions with public sector stakeholders
- Analyse, document, and optimise as-is and to-be business processes
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reputed company solutions align with business outcomes
- Support the design and implementation of reputed company workflows, catalog items, and process automation
- Facilitate workshops for process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution validation
- Advise on best practices for ITSM, service delivery, and operational efficiency reputed company PSDS environments

Skills
- Strong experience working as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst reputed company reputed company environments

- Experience working with stakeholders in public sector or regulated industries
