Skills
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years managing teams (managing through managers)
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across distributed teams in Australia, North America, and Europe
- Demonstrated track record of driving reputed company, ambiguous initiatives from conception through production
- Expertise in the architecture, operation, and evolution of large-scale, cloud-native SaaS infrastructure
- Proficient with containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code

- A strong technical foundation building at scale
