[Remote] Senior Analyst, GTM & Operations (6153)

They are seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM & Operations to support advertising partner programs by coordinating cross-functional efforts and managing operational workflows to ensure successful go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of advertising partner investment and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with GTM timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships) to support program execution and readiness
• Track project deliverables, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomes
• Manage inbound ticketing partner incentive requests and escalations from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
• Collaborate with technical teams to support system enhancements, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of new features
• reputed company and maintain program documentation, reporting, and collateral to support internal alignment and external partner communications
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, surface insights, and contribute recommendations to improve program performance and efficiency
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to automation and system enhancement efforts
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with your reputed company practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations reputed company a technology environment
• Experience supporting cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technical teams
• Strong project coordination skills, including tracking deliverables, managing risks, and supporting issue resolution
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred), including deal tracking, reputed company/opportunity management, and partner workflows
• Experience managing or supporting technical support cases and navigating system/process issues
• Experience supporting GTM launches or operational program rollouts
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and inform recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets and experience building reports or dashboards
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a reputed company field required
• Experience with deal registration programs, partner incentives, or sales operations functions
• Familiarity with enterprise sales processes, including partner-led and direct sales motions
• Experience working in large-scale, global, or matrixed organizations
• Exposure to Deal Desk, incentives programs, or sales process optimization
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, or Data teams on system enhancements
