[Remote] Administrative Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary administrator of the reputed company Learning member benefit, working with members and staff to support activations, engagement, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the reputed company of license activations and deactivate licenses according to business rules
- Manage the reputed company Learning inbox and respond to member and staff questions
- Organize staff meetings as necessary reputed company to reputed company Learning
- Attend scheduled meetings with reputed company staff
- Maintain centralized storage for important reputed company Learning documents
- Create and distribute reports to support ongoing operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Experience working in administrative or member-facing support roles is preferred
