[Remote] National Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to reputed company reputed company, reputed company count, and merchandising objectives
- Account Management: reputed company relationships with key national and strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies and customer needs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years managing key or national accounts
- Proven track record of driving growth in retail, distribution, or consumer product sales channels
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading remote teams
- Willing to travel as needed: Billings HQ, line reviews, trade shows, and new account prospecting
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
