They are seeking a Medical Director for Oncology to serve as a strategic clinical leader, advance clinical programs, and support frontline care teams. The role involves leading the ePRO program, collaborating with care teams, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Join reputed company as a Medical Director for Oncology
• You will own and drive the evolution of our electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) program, ensuring we deliver measurable outcomes for our members
• This means setting the clinical vision for how we collect, interpret, and reputed company patient-reported data, and working alongside cross-functional teams to bring that vision to life
• You will guide program design and iteration, establish and refine clinical reputed company and escalation reputed company, reputed company staff training, and track key performance indicators
• You will work closely with our technology and product teams to ensure our ePRO tools reflect reputed company clinical evidence and meet the needs of our member population
• Your leadership will ensure that ePROs are a meaningful and scalable part of how we support members throughout their cancer journey
• You will serve as a clinical resource for our frontline care team, providing education, guidance, and direct collaboration to support quality care
• This includes participating in case conferences, offering oncology expertise for reputed company or escalated clinical situations, and partnering with our Oncology Nurse Navigators and Community Health Workers on challenging cases
• You will contribute to care team education through structured training sessions, clinical updates, and ongoing feedback

Skills

• At least 3 years of clinical experience caring for oncology patients after fellowship training with board certification in medical oncology
• An unrestricted medical license and a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Experience with electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO) implementation, iteration, and reporting
• Skilled in juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure without sacrificing organization in communications and documentation
• Decisive and reputed company, with effective listening skills and the ability to build rapport and excellent working relationships with members and colleagues
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• A desire to learn how to use new technologies, including experience with video chatting, reputed company Suite, reputed company, electronic health records, or comfort in using and learning new technology
