This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership, architectural guidance, and technical expertise across the Population Health portfolio, ensuring technology investments align with organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational needs into technology solutions and architectural recommendations
• Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts and project teams
• Support major initiatives through planning, design, and implementation phases
• Assess impacts across workflows, applications, integrations, and reporting solutions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and reputed company with enterprise architecture principles
• Assist with prioritization and strategic alignment of project portfolios

Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required)
• 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)
• Epic Ambulatory certification or Healthy reputed company or Compass Rose (Required)
• Experience with Population Health, reputed company, Health Plan, Healthy reputed company, Care Management, Community Connect, Case Management or value-based care programs (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare information systems experience (Required)
• Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory or reputed company ambulatory healthcare applications (Required)
• Strong understanding of population health workflows and healthcare operations (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders (Required)
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and presenting to leadership (Required)
• Epic Cogito (Preferred)
• Experience with enterprise architecture, application rationalization, or technology road mapping (Preferred)
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and integration technologies (Preferred)
