[Remote] Human Resource Manager (6214)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Human Resource Manager to support workplace reputed company and employee advocacy by conducting reputed company employee relations investigations and providing expert guidance on employment matters. The role involves managing employee relations cases, advising stakeholders, and collaborating with legal and HR teams to foster a compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment practices
• Manage a high volume of employee relations cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and closure
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records, investigation findings, and supporting documentation
• Advise managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions
• Coach and counsel employees and leaders on reputed company workplace issues while balancing employee advocacy and business needs
• Collaborate with legal, HR, and cross-functional teams to assess risk, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure consistent application of policies
• Prepare and deliver presentations, training sessions, and educational materials reputed company to employee relations programs and best practices
• Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of employee relations programs, processes, and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership
• Utilize emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience and workplace culture
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with your reputed company practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations
• 2+ years of experience supporting employees reputed company a multinational organization
• Experience managing reputed company employee relations matters and high-volume case workloads
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across reputed company levels of an organization
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive situations professionally
• Experience using reputed company or similar employee relations case management platforms
• Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to support organizational objectives and workforce initiatives
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and training delivery experience
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple levels of management
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing competing priorities
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and employee relations programs
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools that support operational efficiency and employee relations processes
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and reputed company workforce environments
