[Remote] Senior Ad & Campaign Operations Specialist

This collaborative role involves partnering with various teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve platform efficiency, and handle advertising operations tasks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and advertiser onboarding initiatives
- reputed company technical investigations and resolution of platform-reputed company issues
- Diagnose campaign and platform performance issues using data analysis and internal tools
- Build and enhance internal tools, workflows, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for sales teams and advertiser support inquiries
- Support campaign setup, quality assurance (QA), and ad content moderation activities
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive process optimization initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue resolution and platform performance
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Advertising Operations, Program Management, or Strategic Initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Experience in Advertising Operations, AdTech, MarTech, Digital Advertising, or eCommerce
- SQL experience preferred
