[Remote] Facilities Systems Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AagatiServe is looking for a Facilities Systems Administrator to manage and support their facilities systems. This role involves Archibus administration, user support, data reputed company auditing, and coordination with IT and vendors for system improvements.

- Work order and service request management
- Requirements gathering and testing of system enhancements
- Coordination with IT and vendors on system improvement
- Reporting and operational data analysis
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
- SQL or data querying experience
- Experience administering Archibus or a similar IWMS/CAFM platform (TRIRIGA| Planon| FM| etc.)
- Experience supporting Facilities| Corporate Real Estate| Workplace Services| or Space Planning organizations
- Strong understanding of occupancy management| space data| floor plans| and workplace operations
- Experience with AutoCAD and floor plan management preferred
- Experience gathering business requirements| conducting UAT| and supporting system implementations
