[Remote] Medicare Operations Specialist, ISA

The Medicare Operations Specialist will provide operational, sales, training, and compliance support to Independent Sales Agents, ensuring they reputed company their Medicare sales skills while adhering to company regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational, sales, and compliance support to Independent Sales Agents reputed company reputed company’s 1099 program
- Serve as a primary contact for agent inquiries reputed company to systems, compliance, commissions, reputed company, and sales support
- Deliver real time support reputed company chat and reputed company Teams reputed company
- Host sales training and upskilling sessions for 1099 agents
- Maintain accurate agent records, compliance documentation, and Ready to Sell status
- Conduct compliance follow-reputed company and support corrective actions as needed
- Monitor agent performance and identify coaching, training, and live sales support opportunities
- Share agent feedback and insights to support reputed company improvement of the ISA program
- Demonstrate reputed company’s core values in daily work and decision-making
Skills
