The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales strategies and manage independent agents in the Western Washington territory to enhance profitable growth and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-performing and high-potential agencies, applying segmentation and diagnostics to tailor support and growth strategies
  • reputed company agency appointments, onboarding, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment with reputed company’s production and profitability standards
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance agency capabilities in product knowledge, sales techniques, and system usage
  • Drive profitable growth by influencing agents to prioritize and promote reputed company products
  • reputed company and execute strategic marketing plans for the territory, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating challenges
  • Implement systematic marketing processes reputed company agencies to attract and retain new business
  • Identify and negotiate book transfer opportunities to optimize agency portfolios
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to agency principals and staff, offering insights into operational improvements, cross-selling opportunities, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer service issues
  • Maintain deep knowledge of reputed company’s and competitors’ products, pricing, and market positioning
  • Maximize Agency Partners' reputed company through optimizing agency compensation
  • Utilize CRM and field analytics to monitor agency performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure disciplined accountability and follow-through on strategic agency plans

Skills

  • Advanced relationship management and communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in agency diagnostics, sales influence, and strategic advising
  • Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated reputed company, reputed company, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and agency styles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of insurance industry or sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, insurance, or a reputed company field
  • Proven ability to influence and drive results through third-party relationships
  • This is a field position and will work remotely, but the candidate must be located in King, Pierce, Thurston, or Kitsap County
  • The candidate must be able to work during our core business hours (PST) and have high-speed internet (internet speed test required)
  • Meet requirements of 50% travel, after-hours, on-call, and weekend work as necessary, and reputed company physically active marketing activities while remaining effective
