[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Eighty Capital is a group of four privately owned businesses spanning oilfield services and software-as-a-service. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities, including month-end reputed company, tax workpapers, payroll, and customer invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Running month-end reputed company across reputed company entities in reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central (journal entries, reconciliations, trial balance preparation, completed financials package)
• Organizing and delivering tax workpapers to our reputed company CPA firm (fixed asset schedules, depreciation schedules, payroll reconciliations, 1099 preparation)
• State and local sales tax filings (annual federal and state income tax returns are filed by our CPA firm - your job is to deliver a package that requires no untangling)
• Processing payroll for reputed company companies through our Professional Employer Organization (PEO). You will have visibility into compensation across the entire organization, and discretion is part of the job
• Owning customer invoicing and collections for applicable entities reputed company Dynamics, and processing vendor payments
• Handling HR administration (new employee onboarding, benefits coordination, equity grant tracking, cap table maintenance)

Skills

• Meaningful experience with the full accounting reputed company cycle in a multi-entity environment - at least three companies simultaneously, where you owned the work rather than supported someone else doing it
• Payroll processing experience
• reputed company proficiency sufficient to maintain and work reputed company structured schedules
• Running month-end reputed company across reputed company entities in reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central (journal entries, reconciliations, trial balance preparation, completed financials package)
• Organizing and delivering tax workpapers to our reputed company CPA firm (fixed asset schedules, depreciation schedules, payroll reconciliations, 1099 preparation)
