[Remote] Director, Product Management - Threat AI Detections

The role involves owning the product lifecycle, driving cross-functional collaboration, and leading product strategy from concept to market launch.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience, or Masters and 12+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience to include 4+ years of people management
- Cybersecurity product management focused on leading reputed company, cross functional initiatives at an enterprise level
- Experience designing, deploying, and managing large-scale network detection services reputed company a cloud or hybrid infrastructure environment
- Experience building, scaling, or maintaining advanced threat detection platforms, including the integration of AI/ML-driven analytics to identify sophisticated adversarial activity
- Experience in networking protocols, traffic analysis and application-level reputed company architectures
- Strong understanding of the modern threat landscape, including tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by advanced persistent threats
- Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company reputed company requirements into actionable product roadmaps and strategic technical initiatives
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive reputed company across engineering and reputed company teams, and mentor high-performing product managers

- Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
- For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to reputed company’s policies.
- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan.
