Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company to prioritize hiring needs and monitor reputed company against staffing plans
• Maintain job descriptions and profiles in alignment with job architecture and levelling frameworks
• Manage headcount reporting and workforce data across the Americas distribution network
• Monitor vacancies, workforce changes, and organizational movements
• Ensure accuracy and reputed company of HR systems, including job and organizational updates
• Maintain HR KPI scorecards to track site performance
• Compile and organize data for talent reviews and succession planning discussions
• Coordinate performance management processes
• Facilitate internal mobility, promotions, and organizational changes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and consistent application of company policies
• Collaborate with site HR teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment
• Provide HR business partner support to a small client group spread across the United States

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of HR experience supporting distribution, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations
• Strong experience in requisition management, workforce data, and HR reporting
• Experience supporting hourly populations and multi-site environments
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., reputed company) and reporting tools
