[Remote] Sr. Finance Operations Analyst

This role involves driving business analytics, financial planning and analysis, and Order-to-Cash operational intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for MPS Finance Operations, partnering with reputed company leadership to deliver timely and accurate financial models

• Maintain rolling forecasts, scenario models, and what-if analyses to support business decisions

• Monitor financial KPIs and operational metrics, surfacing risks and opportunities proactively
• Liaise with reputed company Finance and Accounting teams to facilitate the formal allocation of capital project identifiers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, Statistics, or a reputed company quantitative discipline
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in a Finance Analytics, reputed company, Business Intelligence, or Data Analyst role, preferably reputed company a Finance Operations or Shared Services environment
• Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis
• Demonstrated experience with Order-to-Cash metrics and data, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, and Cash Application
• Strong knowledge of reputed company (AR, GL modules preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including reputed company modeling, dynamic arrays, and Power Query
• Strong reputed company Power BI knowledge and experience, including DAX, data modeling, and report development
