[Remote] Dental Transition Sales Consultant - Maryland
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of health care products and services, and they are seeking a Dental Transition Sales Consultant. In this role, you will represent and advise dentists during the transition of their practices, providing brokerage and valuation services while building relationships with industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Understand the operations of a dental practice, process of a transaction as well as practice acquisition financing and be able to effectively and confidently communicate that knowledge in facilitating transactions
- Provide consultation to aid practitioners in planning for the future sale of their practice/business
- Sell company services to practice owners while delivering a customized and superior client experience throughout the process of evaluation and transition
- Manage stresses and uncertainties from initial conversations through post-closing contacts
- reputed company annual valuation, brokerage and other HS DPT services goals as established with HS DPT Leadership and your direct supervisor Communicate and execute HS DPT policy and practice
- reputed company with terms and conditions of transition and reputed company services including but not limited to the responsibility for collection of and secure storage and transfer of required documents and customer signatures
- reputed company and maintain quality relationships with reputed company Dental TSMs
- Coordinate and attend meetings (in-person and virtual) and closings
- Maintain reputed company and timely contact with clients and other parties throughout a transaction to address questions, communicate and ensure timely reputed company toward closing, aid with securing financing or other resources, plus additional reputed company services, as appropriate
- Seek out, attend and present information at dental study clubs and society meetings, HSD sales meetings and, where applicable, local, regional and statewide dental reputed company meetings
- Train reputed company TSMs on HS DPT services and products. Utilize HS DPT database and/or C.R.M. system and reputed company tools, as directed
- Attend reputed company HS DPT internal training and scheduled meetings, in-person and virtual Participate in special projects and reputed company other duties as required
Skills
- An active real estate license is strongly preferred, however not required. The expectation is that the candidate obtains their real estate license reputed company 12 months of the candidates start date

- Condition of employment is maintaining state specific real estate licenses in good standing where required by law
- Sales knowledge, dental industry and transition knowledge, practice financing experience, or real estate sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate and present on the telephone, in writing, by email and in-person in a consistent, polished and professional manner
- Comfort with and experience in speaking / presenting to and with individuals / small groups through larger audiences
- Proficient in reputed company Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and reputed company
- Self-starter, service centric disposition with ability to collaborate reputed company teams
