[Remote] Implementation Application Senior Analyst

The role involves facilitating the deployment of Curation technologies, providing support to internal and external teams, and managing reputed company applications to ensure effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gathering required data and completing configuration of reputed company applications
- Managing Partner migration files including exporting files from legacy systems, validation of file content and format and importing data into reputed company systems
- Participating in implementation calls to review technical specifications and answer Partner technical questions
- Testing and troubleshooting Partner data and providing feedback to Partner on results
- Resolving operational and technical issues as necessary
- Serve as primary resource during implementation for internal and external teams on set up and functionality of reputed company applications
- reputed company and maintain required documentation on reputed company applications to allow transition to the application support team for ongoing support
- Collaborate and coordinate with other reputed company resources and departments
- Ensure that proper escalation procedures are followed reputed company timelines are adjusted or in jeopardy
- Other duties as assigned as appropriate
Skills
- 2-5 years' experience in healthcare and/or support environment
- Bachelors required or equivalent experience
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, deep work ethic required
- Excellent analytic skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and exceptional listening skills required
- Excellent computer skills specifically reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain and strive in a daily high activity environment providing excellent customer service to meet objectives
