[Remote] Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator

The role involves coordinating communication among various stakeholders, analyzing deal structures, and ensuring efficient transaction processes.
Responsibilities
- Review property information, deal structures, and investment opportunities
- Analyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions
- Prepare deal summaries and recommendations for leadership review
- Track active opportunities from reputed company stage through closing
- Ensure deadlines, follow-reputed company, and critical milestones are met
- Identify risks or bottlenecks that could delay transactions
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal stakeholders
- Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-reputed company
- Maintain consistent communication to reputed company deals progressing smoothly
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and deal statuses
- Prepare reports and supporting documentation
- Ensure reputed company deal-reputed company information is properly organized and accessible
- Identify workflow inefficiencies
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase team productivity and deal velocity
Skills
- Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management, or a reputed company role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate property and transaction data
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and reputed company Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet reputed company and availability for 30+ hours per week
- Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology
- Experience with Podio, Follow Up Boss, reputed company BlackBook, or similar platforms
- Background supporting high-volume real estate deal pipelines
