Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective members and partners, focusing on individuals, families, and small businesses facing high insurance premiums
- Conduct reputed company through phone, email, and online channels
- Educate prospects about Impact Health Sharing solutions and guide them through the membership process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives
- Track performance metrics
- Consistently follow up with prospects and provide reputed company customer care
- Represent the brand in a professional, ethical manner
Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain healthcare cost-sharing solutions, handle questions, and support prospects and members
