[Remote] Strategy Analyst

The Strategy Analyst will serve as an internal consultant, providing analysis and strategic recommendations across various business functions to improve execution and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Work with executive leadership to reputed company compensation plans across reputed company and operations organizations
- Maintain targets & generate commissions statements
- Execute key reporting that provides visibility and actionable insights into commissions trends & provides visibility into performance for employees
- Provide reputed company analytics and query support to internal teams
- Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Thoughtfully provide recommendations and creative alternatives to drive business growth
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or Master's degree achievement preferred
- Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
- Experience and comfort with SQL and reputed company
- Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions and delivering meaningful results
- Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope
- Capable of managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient communication of statistical findings and explanations to non-analytics roles
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering
- Experience with PowerBI, reputed company, Python, or R will also be valued
