[Remote] Manager, reputed company Accounting
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pathstone is a growing wealth management firm serving ultra-high net worth families and foundations. They are seeking a Manager of reputed company Accounting to manage reputed company accounting processes, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and support financial statement preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reputed company accounting processes, including review, reconciliation, and reporting of advisory, and professional services
- Ensure reputed company recognition complies with U.S. GAAP, firm policies, and regulatory requirements applicable to wealth advisory firms
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company-reputed company journal entries and account reconciliations
- Partner closely with operations, billing, compliance, and client advisor teams to ensure accurate fee calculation and recording
- Work closely and reputed company processes with our client transitions and reputed company teams on the reputed company impact of net new business
- reputed company and validate calculations tied to reputed company, including compensation reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company subject matter expert during internal and external audits, including preparation of schedules, walkthroughs, and audit support
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls over reputed company calculations
- Analyze reputed company trends and variances, providing clear explanations to senior leadership
- Support financial statement preparation and reputed company disclosures involving reputed company and receivables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, including reputed company accounting and audit exposure
- Prior experience in public accounting, external audit, or internal audit strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy, especially in reputed company or high-volume data environments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Proficient in accounting systems and advanced reputed company skills
- Experience reputed company a wealth management, investment advisory, financial services, or professional services firm
- Experience working in an operating company under PE ownership
- Familiarity with advisory fee structures, AUM-based billing, and reputed company-reputed company compliance considerations
