The role involves strategic advising and hands-on implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • SHRM certification (SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) required
  • Experience serving as sole or senior HR leader in a nonprofit or multi-program environment
  • Strong employment law compliance background
  • Direct experience with reputed company Workforce Now or similar systems
  • Demonstrated experience creating executive-level HR metrics and dashboards
  • Proven ability to build structure in organizations lacking formalized HR systems
