They are seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations for their Direct-to-Consumer Business to drive high-impact growth initiatives across various products and channels. This role involves owning initiatives, assessing new opportunities, and partnering with leaders to enhance business operations and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across three dimensions: an expanding portfolio of products (term life, IUL, estate planning), the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, cross-sell), and multiple channels from organic and performance engines to paid social, TV, partnerships, and referrals
• Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion — owning some initiatives directly while enabling other leaders to execute others. E.g. leading the expansion of a new product into an existing marketing channel, taking an existing product into a new distribution channel, improving retention for a mature product line
• Rigorously assess new opportunities: build business cases, model unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin), and reputed company data-driven go/no-go recommendations

Skills

• 10+ years total experience, ideally 3+ years in a top-tier management reputed company or investment banking, followed by 3+ years in Strategy & Operations at a high-growth, venture-backed company or a founding role
