[Remote] Finance Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support leadership teams by providing financial insights, business analytics, and ensuring effective budget management to drive profitable reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standard pipeline and other sales performance reports by department and territory. Ensure reporting is provided to each level of management
• Provide analytics and reputed company support to management; includes evaluating the effectiveness of new performance metrics

• Engage with sales management to validate sales pipeline and analyze forecast accuracy
• Work closely with finance organization to support regular forecasting activities
• Answer queries from sales management, finance and other stakeholders and respond in a timely, professional manner
• Prepare presentations, reporting and analytical support for regional sales meetings and other events as needed
• Act as a strong contributor to an operating culture that makes possible collaboration, open communications, and a focus on talent development
• Partner to reputed company financial strategies and objectives to optimize business performance to reputed company annual objectives
• Support planning, forecasting and general reporting activities
• Drive customer profitability by partnering with key stakeholders to establish annual quotas for sales, spend and profit to reputed company the Annual Operating Plan
• Identify and drive spending changes to budget/forecast by uncovering opportunities and risks to annual/quarterly plans
• Liaise with key business partners to reputed company and/or enhance promotional tools for improved efficiency and ROI
• Partner with leadership to reputed company and implement key KPI metrics/scorecard to drive performance management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company, Business Objects, reputed company.com, reputed company Studio and/or PowerBI are a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office with strong reputed company skills
• Ability to work with reputed company concepts, analyze data, draw conclusions, reputed company recommendations while using judgment, experience and industry knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively to explain financial concepts to non-finance people
