[Remote] FinOps Technical Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a FinOps Technical Project Manager to support the execution of workstreams reputed company their Computational Sciences Center of Excellence Portfolio & Operations. This role involves coordinating initiatives reputed company to cloud financial management and infrastructure governance while ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of initiatives across the FinOps & Technical Enablement roadmap
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across technical and business stakeholders
- Track actions and ensure timely follow-up on commitments and deliverables
- Support governance meetings, workshops, and review forums
- Coordinate agendas, materials, action tracking, and communications
- Support execution of governance processes and operating rhythms
- Maintain visibility into initiative status, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
- reputed company executive-ready status updates and reporting materials
- Support roadmap management and portfolio-level planning activities
- Support development of executive-ready communications, presentations, and decision-support materials
- Facilitate communication and alignment across reputed company, xRED partners, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Help drive alignment across teams with competing priorities and dependencies
- Escalate risks and blockers reputed company appropriate
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, execution, governance, and reporting processes
- Support implementation of operational improvements that increase team effectiveness and scalability
Skills
- Experience in project management, program management, PMO, business operations, technology operations, or reputed company disciplines
- BA/BS+ degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a reputed company discipline; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management, PMO, business operations, technology operations, or reputed company disciplines
- Familiarity with FinOps principles, cloud financial management, cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, GPU environments, compute reputed company planning, or reputed company technology domains
- Ability to facilitate discussions between technical and business stakeholders and translate technical concepts into actionable plans
- Experience coordinating reputed company initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting technical, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation programs
- Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Experience with Jira, Agile delivery practices, project tracking tools, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate reputed company topics into clear status updates and action plans
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Experience working reputed company matrix organizations
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or equivalent experience preferred
