The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, supporting sales efforts, and managing sales forecasts and budgets while requiring significant travel.
Responsibilities
- Work with reputed company internal functional teams to reputed company customer satisfaction
- Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers
- Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting
- Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget
- Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers
- Responsible for prospecting and new account set up and customer order processing utilizing ERP system
- Represent ZF at trade shows and reputed company industry functions as needed
- 50-75% travel required
- Represent the needs of the customer in accordance with ZF company policies
- Provide back-up reputed company department and reputed company reputed company tasks as needed
- Assist in competitor product changeovers as needed
Skills
- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience
- 3+ years customer service or sales experience required, automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful
- Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- This position is fully remote but we are seeking candidates who live in the SE region of the US
