[Remote] Sr Business Analyst Payroll Financial Technology

Kforce is a recruiting firm seeking a Senior Business Analyst Payroll Financial Technology for a project reputed company to the reputed company Payroll System. The role involves documenting business requirements and processes, assisting with project tasks such as testing, change management, and training.

Responsibilities

• Documenting business requirements & documenting business processes for the projects assigned
• Assist with any project tasks that might be assigned, such as testing, change management, training, coordination, etc

Skills

• 5+ years reputed company the reputed company Payroll system environment - projects, implementations, administration, support, processing
• Proven experience in designing, documenting, and optimizing requirements & business processes, understanding operational workflows
• Expertise in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint), Visio or similar visual diagramming tool, use of AI/LLM
• Knowledge of SharePoint pages creation and PowerApps and PowerAutomate is a plus
• Proficient in Payroll and Information Systems methodologies, tools, best practices, processes and controls
