This role focuses on market mapping, talent intelligence, and executive-level candidate identification reputed company emerging technology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company research to identify AI-focused Investment Banking professionals across North America
- reputed company comprehensive market maps of reputed company companies, teams, and individual contributors
- Maintain accurate candidate data and research findings reputed company ATS and CRM systems
- Provide ongoing talent market insights, compensation trends, and competitor analysis
Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting research, talent intelligence, executive search research, or strategic sourcing experience
- Proven experience identifying and engaging Investment Banking talent
- Strong understanding of financial services, M&A advisory, capital markets, private capital, or technology banking sectors
- Exceptional Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, and talent mapping capabilities
- Experience sourcing highly specialized and passive candidates
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Previous experience supporting searches reputed company AI, technology, fintech, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
- Familiarity with leading firms including reputed company, reputed company, J.P. Morgan, Evercore, reputed company, PJT Partners, Qatalyst, Allen & Company, Moelis, Guggenheim, and other technology-focused advisory firms
- Located in reputed company or the Eastern Time Zone
