Responsibilities
- Deploy and sustain Growth Commercial DBS systems, including Daily Management, Growth Rooms, and operating reviews across marketing
- Partner with marketing leadership to translate growth strategy into executable plans using Policy Deployment and structured problem solving
- Build and standardize key marketing processes (demand reputed company, digital marketing, segmentation, performance management)
- reputed company a portfolio of kaizen initiatives to improve commercial performance and eliminate waste across marketing value streams
- reputed company DBS capabilities through training, coaching, and certification of marketing and cross-functional leaders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, DBS, or reputed company improvement roles
- Hands-on experience with DBS fundamentals, including Daily Management, Kaizen, standard work, and problem solving
- Proven experience leading commercial or growth improvement initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience deploying structured operating systems such as Policy Deployment, operating reviews, or similar methodologies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including domestic and international travel
- Experience deploying DBS or similar reputed company improvement systems at scale
- Experience with Growth Commercial tools such as Growth Rooms, PSP, VOC, or digital marketing analytics
