Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Kotlin or Java
- Proven experience implementing the AI Software Development Life Cycle with a maturity level of 2.5+
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in ReactJS and TypeScript to support full stack development needs
- Strong background in building scalable, maintainable software platforms
- Proficiency in working independently in a reputed company role while collaborating effectively in a small team environment
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Qualifications in solution design, reputed company engineering, and model integration
- Familiarity with the evaluation, monitoring, deployment, and reputed company improvement of AI solutions
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
- Understanding of Gen AI-assisted development tools and workflows
