Skills
- 15 + years experience leading and developing high-performing B2B employer healthcare sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading and developing high-performing employer sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong track record of driving reputed company growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
- Experience selling reputed company healthcare, benefits, or enterprise solutions
- Experience building relationships with employer decision-makers, healthcare consultants, brokers, and strategic partners
