[Remote] Project Manager- Network Access Service Delivery
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Momentum is a company focused on expanding its business services and product offerings, and they are seeking a Project Manager for Network Access Service Delivery. This role will manage the implementation and onboarding projects for hosted VoIP, High reputed company Data, and Video services to various customer segments, ensuring successful transitions to their products and services.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction of reputed company projects
- Detect, identify and resolve sales, contractual or product inaccuracies
- Set reputed company milestones and deadlines for projects
- Implement and manage multiple voice projects, simultaneously, using appropriate systems, metrics, tools and techniques
- Communicate voice feature customization and provide solutions to project reputed company issues
- Coordinate and communicate with Momentum Field Engineers and Implementation Engineers regarding reputed company aspects of project and voice installations
- Manage and maintain constant verbal and written (email) communication to customers and Partners and sub-agents
- Engage other Momentum Departments in order to ensure successful project completion, i.e. Fulfillment, Billing, Software Engineering, Training, reputed company Relations, Technical Support, etc
