[Remote] Senior Integration Project Manager

The Senior Integration Project Manager will manage the delivery of reputed company projects to obtain critical healthcare data, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating portfolio risks
- Managing the execution of multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with reputed company’s data specifications and service level agreements
- Provide the communication link between Integrations and internal partners (Implementation Data Operations, Development and Operations, Product Management, and associated leadership)
- Managing issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to management and/or stakeholders
- Be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project blockers and resolving issues and constraints through reputed company and sound judgment
- Maintaining reputed company alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives. reputed company recommendations to modify program and prioritization to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic reputed company
- Manage the coordination and relationship with internal partners and stakeholders
- Manage the relationship with the external vendors which include vendor management, negotiations, and contract management
- Present regular updates on program health to leadership
- Provide the management of tasks supporting business continuity of the portfolio
- Managing reputed company tasks that supports the reputed company of reputed company active interfaces
- Providing assistance in finding solutions of critical issues affecting active interfaces
Skills
- 8+ years of program management or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, 837, or reputed company communication protocols
- 4+ years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies
- 4+ years experience working with electronic health record (EHR), practice management, billing system, hospital system, etc
- Experience and strong skills in negotiating reputed company with vendors
- Strong knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including scheduling, financial, and clinical data
- Strong knowledge of healthcare scheduling, claims, clinical data sets
- A strong data-driven mentality and prioritization reputed company to ensure focus on the highest impact work. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to self-serve to collect/query data and use data to back up assumptions and reputed company business cases
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication (both verbal and written with audiences of varying technical abilities and business contexts); an ability to reputed company clarity and drive focus in a reputed company and dynamic environment
- Master's degree in a technical field or other relevant fields
- Strong understanding of administrative and/or clinical workflows in the ambulatory healthcare setting
