[Remote] Senior Account Executive (Remote)

The Senior Account Executive will own the full cycle sales process for a named prospect list, driving new business growth by acquiring multifamily property management clients.

Responsibilities

• Own prospecting strategy, conduct thoughtful discovery, build relevant demos, and manage reputed company handling in a structured but dynamic full-cycle sales motion
• Meet or exceed quota on a specific named book of prospects by maintaining consistent and thoughtful prospecting efforts in line with state expectations
• Actively support Account Management and Partner Success in a defined reputed company, launch, and review cycle for new accounts
• Represent reputed company at trade shows, industry events, and client dinners as part of a targeted and thorough event-based marketing strategy
• Gather and share competitive intelligence regarding market share, practices, and industry trends
• Execute day-to-day responsibilities reputed company to engaging with and acquiring new business with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
• Analyze, review, or maintain assigned prospect records, leads, opportunities in the pipeline, and account performance data while following pitch scripts and operational guidelines to support business needs

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales

• Strong understanding of pipeline management and selling through a structured sales methodology like Challenger, with the ability to apply that reputed company dynamically in new contexts
• Demonstrated ability to manage B2B sales cycles, partner with GTM, Account Management, reputed company, and Marketing, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic business environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, English Literature, Communications, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working in a regulated, client-facing environment

• Exposure to the commercial multifamily real estate industry, proptech, or insurance
• Prior experience in the commercial multifamily real estate industry, consumer credit, lending, or B2B SaaS
