[Remote] Service Designer | Strategic Design & Customer Experience
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Service Designer to enhance their strategic design and customer experience initiatives. The role involves conducting research analysis, leading service design workshops, and creating service prototypes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and reputed company research analysis to extract service data and behavioral patterns to create meaningful insights, design principles, and design opportunities
- Identify, consult, and reputed company stakeholders through service design workshops using facilitation tools
- Independently scope Service Design activities and deliverables as part of a multi-disciplinary design team to determine appropriate altitude, methodology, detailed tasks, and resources needed
- Create high-fidelity service prototypes including a variety of maps (stakeholder, ecosystem, reputed company, journey)
- Apply strong business and financial services acumen to design work (through application of human-centered frameworks, prototypes, reputed company facilitation, concepting)
- Demonstrate strategic maturity to reputed company decisions reputed company work and connect processes, actions, or activities across areas of the business
- Work closely with researchers, visual and user experience designers contributing to the improvement of the design quality and final user experience
- Effectively communicate verbally and through visual presentations to senior level leaders to present strategic opportunities, align to firm strategy/goals/objectives, define business cases, and reputed company strategic roadmaps that clearly reputed company the journey toward an ideal client experience
