Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UGC and organic growth ecosystem
- Build and manage creator acquisition, influencer partnerships, content pipelines, and distribution networks
- reputed company systems for scaling short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- reputed company creative testing, performance analysis, and optimization efforts
- Identify viral content patterns and systematically replicate winning formats

Skills
